• About Dionne Holt

   

  Dionne Holt has been board certified and practicing nurse in NJ since 1998

 and 2014 as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She received her RN from Muhlenberg

 School of Nursing in 1998, attended Kean University and received her BSN in

 2003.  Since then, she has worked in the Critical Care Units at surrounding

 hospitals (St. Peters, Rahway, Trinitas, Union Hospital, JFK) and also as a

 Visiting Hospice Nurse.  Ms. Holt then went on to Rutgers University and received her Masters degree      as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011.

What to expect

•  I will come in and assess what the patient needs, if there is any pain, and how to make the patient most comfortable.
